Terms of Service
The service
LetsAskIt ("the service") is a creation-first AI content engine operated by AIMLDS. It generates draft content from your briefs; you review and publish it. The service does not auto-publish or schedule posts.
Acceptable use
- You are responsible for the content you submit and for anything you publish from generated packs. Review before you ship.
- Don't use the service to generate spam, misinformation, or content that infringes others' rights.
- Don't abuse the API: respect quotas, don't share keys publicly, don't attempt to circumvent metering.
Plans and quotas
Monthly job quotas and daily neuron budgets apply per plan as listed on
pricing. Unused quota doesn't roll over. We may adjust
quotas with notice; the machine-readable tier table at
/.well-known/letsaskit.json is authoritative.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax, and invoices. Cancel anytime; paid access continues to the end of the billing period, then the account falls back to Free. Refunds are handled under Paddle's policy.
Content and IP
You own the briefs you submit and the content packs generated from them. Voice profiles derived from your writing samples are yours. We may retain anonymized usage metrics to operate and improve the service.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, API keys are revoked; contact [email protected] for data export requests.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". Generated content is a draft aid, not professional advice; verify anything you publish. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
