Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account: email and plan details needed to operate your account and bill via Paddle.
- Content you submit: briefs, drafts, transcripts, URLs, and writing samples for voice profiles — used to generate your packs and for nothing else.
- Usage metering: job counts, neuron usage, and API call metadata — needed to enforce quotas and keep the service running.
What we never do
- We never sell your data, your content, or your voice samples.
- We don't use your content to train models for other customers.
- We don't run ads and we don't share data with ad networks.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary with infrastructure providers (hosting, and Paddle for billing). API keys are stored as hashes only. We disclose data only when required by law.
Your control
Delete voice profiles and content history in the Studio. For export or deletion of your account data, email [email protected].
